GDPR - club data protection policy:
Privacy/security
- Members details are stored in an offline encrypted file and are used by the club secretary for the administration of the club, and to inform you of certain club activities.
- Your contact details will not be passed to anyone else without your express permission.
- Your callsign may be listed on the club website as a member.
Data retention
- Data retention period is 12 months.
- If you do not attend any club meetings or other events, for 12 months, your membership will be deemed to have lapsed, and your details will be deleted.
- You can request that any or all of your details be corrected, amended, or deleted, at any time.
- If you wish to leave the club and have all of your your details removed at any time, please contact us.
