When/Where we meet:
Our main meetings are every 1st Wednesday of the month, at 7:30PM,
at the Rhyl Yacht Club building, Horton Nose Lane, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl LL18 5AR.
We also have a social breakfast meeting every 3rd Saturday of the month, at 10AM,
at the Rhyl Rugby Sports & Social Club, Tynewydd Road, Rhyl LL18 4AQ.
All of our meetings are open to all local Radio Amateurs, not just club members.
Please keep checking our
Program or
News pages for details our next events.
RSGB:
The Rhyl and District Amateur Radio Club are affiliated to the Radio Society of Great Britain.
The club strongly supports the RSGB, and all the work they do to support and protect the interests of all Amateur Radio operators,
both in the UK and the rest of the world.
Membership Fees:
The Rhyl and District Amateur Radio Club are not charging any annual membership fees at this moment in time.
All we ask is that each person attending an evening meeting please contribute £1 towards a donation to the Rhyl Yacht Club,
to help offset their increased electricity and heating costs etc. caused by them allowing us to use their building for our meetings.
There is of course no charge for our morning breakfast meetings at the Rugby Club, but it would be expected that you at least buy a cup of tea/coffee, if not a breakfast.
Club Constitution:
Our club constitution is based on the constitution recommended by the Radio Society of Great Britain, and is available for prospective members to view here: RADARC Constitution.
